Introduction       Family Fellowship is a volunteer service organization, a diverse collection of Mormon families engaged in the cause of strengthening families with homosexual members. We share our witness that gay and lesbian Mormons can be great blessings in the lives of their families, and that families can be great blessings in the lives of their gay and lesbian members. We strive to become more understanding and appreciative of each other while staying out of society's debate over homosexuality. We seek to put behind us all attitudes which are anti-family, which threaten loving relationships, and which drive family members apart.

MEN UNITED in the joys and challenges of being fathers, Gay, and Mormon. We are dedicated to fostering and supporting the needs and individual growth of members in an environment of confidentiality, trust, and unconditional love.

Mission Statement

The mission of Gay LDS Young Adults (GLYA) has two parts.  These are:

First and foremost, to provide safe and healthy social activities and events for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender young adults ages 18-30 who share the similar cultural and religious background and/or heritage in Mormonism.  Our social activities are not religious and are open to everyone regardless of their current religious affiliation, belief or church membership status.  It is the goal of each GLYA social event to be held in an environment that is free from any religious, political or philosophical agenda.

Second, to provide resources and information for the physical, mental/emotional, spiritual and educational well-being of Gay LDS Young Adults throughout the world.

Welcome to the LDS Reconciliation web site, here you will find information about our group, where we meet and the activities we hold. LDS Reconciliation affirms the spirituality of Gays and Lesbians and seeks to provide a safe haven for individuals with a Latter-day Saint background to discuss the gospel of Jesus Christ. Being gay mormon or gay LDS, whether man or woman, can be difficult to reconcile. Gay reconciliation within christianity is possible and LDS Reconciliation can help you put being gay mormon into perspective. This site is not only for you as a gay mormon but for your families as well, to open up dialog and begin the understanding of what being gay mormon is and how gay reconciliation and gay spirituality can be achieved in a gospel of love.

You've come to the Mormon Lesbians support group. We are a place of support and information for current or former FEMALE members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (aka LDS or Mormon) who fall into one or more of the following categories:

-Are Lesbian or Bisexual or Transsexual
-Are exploring an attraction you may have to women
-Straight, but are supportive of women who are attracted to other women
-Questioning your sexual orientation

To join our group, you must:

-Be over 18
-BE FEMALE
-Be currently or formerly Mormon
-Answer and return the questionnaire sent to you when you apply.

 

Our message to the world is that our Heavenly Parents (yes, both of them!) love ALL of Their children unconditionally, regardless of age, race, gender, or sexual orientation.
