A brand new BCN guide to coming out & bisexuality in the UK has been launched, replacing the old guide "Everything you always wanted to know about bisexuality in the UK but didn't know who to ask", which having been written in 1997 was now rather dated in places.

Recommended whether you're coming out as bi, have just discovered that a partner or friend is bisexual, or want a resource for an LGBT group or outreach stall.

The Mission of BiNet USA:

As an umbrella organization and voice for bisexual people, BiNet USA will facilitate the development of a cohesive network of bisexual communities, promote bisexual visibility, and collect and distribute educational information regarding bisexuality. To accomplish these goals, BiNet USA will provide a national network for bisexual organizations and individuals across the United States, and encourage participation and organizing on local and national levels.

Bi.Org - The Internet domain bi.org was set up in September 1996 by Nick Smith. Its goal is to serve the worldwide bisexual community by providing a free Internet presence for bisexual individuals, groups and non-profit organisations. As well as providing free WWW space, there is a large set of pages detailing resources (groups, organisations, magazines, Internet newsgroups), and @bi.org email addresses and majordomo mailing lists are also available.

Welcome to Bisexual.com
Bisexual.com is the internet community for bisexual men. women and couples. We have personal ads, chat, articles, forums and much more - and all of it is COMPLETELY FREE. But we do require new users to register to access most of the features - it helps us moderate things and helps ensure that all personal ads are placed by seriously interested parties only. We have a comprehensive Privacy Policy that reflects the needs of even the most privacy-conscious folks. And, yes, of course we are 100% bi owned and operated.

The Bisexuality-Aware Professionals Directory is a listing of professionals who are sensitive to the unique needs of bisexual clientele.

Professionals listed include psychologists, psychotherapists, physicians, lawyers, financial advisors, massage therapists, social workers, chiropractors, lecturers, organizers, and others.

bisexual.org - This site is produced by the Bisexual Foundation, a not-for-profit, 501c3 corporation dedicated to the support of the bisexual community and the education of the public at large about the bisexual community.

Bothways - Why not join forces to embrace and celebrate that diversity - and blow away the notion that "being bi" is some kind of timid, closety attempt to cling onto respectability. The hell with respectability...

South Bay Bisexual Organizers and Activists (SoBOA)

Serving the bi community and its friends in the south San Francisco Bay area

Since May of 1996, South Bay Bisexual Organizers and Activists (SoBOA) has served as a focal point for the bisexual community in the south bay. The mission of SoBOA is to help eliminate prejudice and discrimination against bisexual people and to promote a safe and supportive environment for people to discover, explore, and integrate their sexual orientation into their lives.

SoBOA works on its own and in collaboration with other groups to provide social, educational, and advocacy services to the south bay bisexual community. Its most visible program is Bi-Friendly South Bay, a social and recreational group for bisexual people and their friends.

SoBOA holds a meeting from 4pm - 6pm on the second Sunday of each month to plan Bi-Friendly South Bay socials, bi education and outreach programs, publicity, and fundraising events. If you've got ideas, or simply some time to volunteer, we welcome you to join us. Currently we are meeting at Baker's Square in Los Gatos.

District of Columbia

DCBiWomen is a social and support group for bisexual and bi-curious women in the DC metro area including northern VA and MD. Our goal is to create an accepting, encouraging environment for bisexual women regardless of the gender of their partner or what they are looking for, meet other cool bi women, and affirm the existence of the bi-identity.

Both the lesbian world and the straight world can be confining or judgmental for us at times. This group provides a space to affirm your identity. We hope to provide an atmosphere for learning and a forum for discussion about of mutual concern. Bi-curious women are welcome. SORRY, NO MEN
