Finding A Church Home

There are support resources for transgendered people available in every major Christian denomination. We do not have to work outside the church any longer. We may have to look hard to find the right place, but it does exist.  Here are some examples of this increasing level of acceptance:

Since I conducted this seminar I have accumulated information on a significant number of spiritual resources.  I urge you to check out the Spiritual Resources that are available.

The best advice I ever received from another cross-dresser is to take many small steps. There are many approaches to resolving this issue and the important thing is to find the one that is appropriate for you and then to progress at a pace that works for you. I encourage you to confide in your wife or partner or close friend and jointly determine what is best for your situation.  Whichever path you take, there will be challenges. It will be necessary for you to press on and be patient to achieve the desired results. Here is one of the most encouraging responses I received from Pastor Tim --

There is a Spanish word which many of us use to encourage each other to persevere and to be patient (Yes, I do mean both of them, simultaneously.) while we wait for the fullness of God's Creation -- and our humanity in the image of Christ -- to be realized: Ultreya. It means something like "press on" or "hang in there" or "be faithful to the end". Sometimes it is about all one can say.
